Unlike other designs which simply extend the lower perch to keep the spring from falling out in full droop, this one features a light press fit in the lower perch which then bolts to the spring cup on the torsion beam. This keeps the spring positively located on the axle even if the top of the spring is no longer seated on the adjuster. The base of the lower perch can be notched for the fasteners if an add-on antiroll bar is used.
It also includes an extended top perch sleeve to prevent the spring from damaging the threads of the adjustable perch when the spring is not in contact with it.
These are printed from carbon reinforced PA12 and use a low profile stainless M6 bolt with an aluminum heatset insert.
I have been using a set on my car for over a year without issue, including multiple track days. Suitable for any 65mm ID coilover spring.
